A recent Center survey asked Subscribers how their companies determine long-term incentive grant amounts below the NEO level. There was considerable interest in this survey and in response to several Subscriber requests, the Center conducted a follow-up survey on differentiation of long-term incentive grants based on individual or company performance. In total, 87 Subscribers responded to the survey. A brief summary is outlined below followed by the comprehensive survey results.
