Foundations of Executive Compensation – An Online Course

How are "Foundations" and "Fundamentals" different?

FOUNDATIONS of Executive Compensation is designed for HR professionals at the manager/director level to help build core knowledge of executive compensation. This is an online, self-directed course available on both desktop and mobile devices.

FUNDAMENTALS of Executive Compensation is designed for senior level professionals (typically direct reports to the CHRO) to build basic knowledge and competency in all elements of executive compensation. This is a 3-day webinar series.

Offered at no cost to Center members, registration will be limited to the first 50 participants. The cost for non-Center members is $1000 per person. Registration for the first 12-week period from March 4 to May 24 is now full! Participation is limited to the first 50 registrants.
