The Center On Executive Compensation's Advisory Board is its primary governing body. Because it is a division of HR Policy Association, the Center is not separately incorporated and does not have a Board of Directors.
The Center's Advisory Board provides guidance on its policy advocacy and best practice work so that the Center’s agenda and work products reflect the interests and perspectives of its members.
