Quick Survey Results: COVID-19 Response

In response to the unfolding COVID-19 crisis and Subscriber requests, the Center conducted a second survey on whether and how companies are considering modifications to their executive compensation programs for 2020. COVID-19 represents an unprecedented crisis for the modern economy. The Center hopes this survey will offer real time data as companies try to understand the full impacts to their employees, customers, and business operations.

The survey was conducted from May 27th – June 5th, 2020. In total, 102 subscribers provided responses. Companies continue to implement some changes, but many are still evaluating the impacts and what, if any, changes may be needed.
