Council Goals

  • Develop initiatives that support greater equity
  • Provide valuable tools and resources on representation
  • Build a sustainable diverse talent pipeline and culture of belonging

Role of the Advisory Board

  • Provide input on the Council’s objectives and work streams and help lead discrete projects under those work streams
  • Serve as the eyes and ears for council staff with respect to observed developing trends and best practices
  • Serve as a resource to Council staff, and where practicable, HR Policy members
