Quick Survey Results: COVID-19 Impacts 2020...

In response to the unfolding COVID-19 crisis and Subscriber requests, the Center has conducted a series of surveys on how the COVID-19 pandemic has impacted compensation structures for 2020 and 2021. This survey is the third in the series. The Center hopes this survey will offer real time data as companies try to understand the full impacts to their employees, customers, and business operations.

The survey was conducted from Oct. 8th – 22nd, 2020. In total, 111 subscribers provided responses. A brief summary is outlined below. Companies continue to implement changes even as many are still evaluating ongoing impacts. Further, companies remain vigilant for resurging cases of the virus, reviewing and implementing safety measures to protect employees and customers while maintaining business operations.
