Quick Survey Results: Financial Adjustments

Given increasing attention by the SEC, proxy advisors and other external stakeholders to companies’ use of adjusted financial metrics in incentive plans, and as an update to our 2017 survey, the Center conducted a survey from Oct. 24 – Nov. 8, 2019 on the use of adjusted financial metrics in incentive plans. In total, 71 Subscribers responded to the survey. A brief summary is outlined below, followed by the comprehensive survey results.
