Association Members Hold Hurricane Florence Conference Call

HR Policy Association held a conference call on best practices and strategies for HR leaders implementing natural disaster policies.

Members discussed items such as employee locator systems, pay and benefits continuation, flexibility, safety protocols, and aid to employees and customers.  

Leading the call were Melissa Anderson, Executive Vice President, Administration and Chief Human Resources Officer at Duke Energy Corporation; Jon Fliss, Vice President, Total Rewards at The Boeing Company; Matt Aubuchon, Vice President, Employee and Labor Relations at The Boeing Company; Perri Richman, Vice President, Communications at Ingersoll Rand Company; and John McMahon, Senior Vice President, Global Compensation and Benefits at Corning Incorporated.
