Diane Rayne Senior Human Resources Business Partner, Florida Power & Light Company


Diane Rayne is currently the senior HR business partner for the Power Delivery business unit for Florida Power and Light Company (FPL) at NextEra Energy, Inc. Ms. Rayne is responsible for leading the strategic HR initiatives to support short-term and long-term business objectives, including talent development, cultural assessments and succession planning across all areas of this business.  Power Delivery is the largest business unit in the company, with approximately 3,600 employees of both Bargaining and Non-Bargaining workforces.  

Prior to joining FPL in 2009, Diane worked as a human resource professional in various roles in varied industries, including hospitality and health care. 
Diane holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from The Ohio State University, is a member of Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) and is a longtime resident of Palm Beach County, Wellington, FL.
