HR Policy Association is available to support members who are interested in hosting a gathering to bring together CHROs in their city or region. These roundtable events were inspired by member CHROs who desired a more intimate setting to exchange ideas, discuss challenges, and build community.
Engage with your peers on issues facing CHROs in your area:
Earlier this spring, Karen Bennett, Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer at Cox Enterprises hosted a breakfast gathering of CHROs across multiple industries in the Atlanta area. The group held an open discussion on DEI, sharing strategies for employee communication, supplier diversity and programs with peers facing similar challenges.
Upcoming roundtables are planned for Chicago and the Twin Cities.
How do CHRO networking roundtables work?
The events are by invitation and for CHROs only, with no substitutions.
The primary goal is to allow CHROs to make meaningful connections in their community.
There is no a cost to attend.
