Preparing Your Leaders for the CHRO Association Public Launch
Tools to help you inform colleagues and executives ahead of our October launch
With around one month to go before the CHRO Association’s public launch and the switch to our new web domain, chro.org, now is a good time to consider who else in your organization should be aware of our name change.
While most member HR leaders and teams are aware of the upcoming changes, some have requested sample communications to share the news with senior colleagues and CEOs who may know us primarily as HR Policy Association. For members whose executive leadership is less familiar with us, this can also be an opportunity to highlight the advances you and the CHRO Association are making on critical workforce strategy issues.
This sample message (click the link and check your downloads folder) is fully editable so you can adapt it to your needs. We’ve also included a refreshed one-page fact sheet to accompany the communication.
Finally, in case you missed it over the summer, here’s the earlier guidance on operations, billing, and accounting procedures related to the name change.
As always, if there are any other types of communications or resources that would be helpful during the transition, please let us know.
