G. Roger King

The American Employment Law Council (AELC) is the nation’s premier organization of highly accomplished labor and employment attorneys practicing on the management side. Founded in 1993, its members include both in-house and outside counsel. As a non-profit organization, the Council serves as a meeting ground for employment lawyers and fosters continued education to promote the highest standards in the field of labor and employment law.

HR Policy President and CEO, Tim Bartl, said “Roger has distinguished himself as one of the most thoughtful, effective and innovative labor and employment lawyers throughout his accomplished career, whether representing leading companies leading the Jones Day labor and employment group or in his current role as Senior Labor Counsel to the Association. Roger is highly sought after by peers in the profession, by our member companies, and by policymakers and their staffs. His knowledge, depth of experience and commitment to educating others and furthering the profession is unparalleled and we congratulate him on this important recognition.”
