Center Webinar to Explore Boardroom Ramifications of SEC Pay Versus Performance Disclosure

The Center will host a webinar on Tuesday, October 4 at 12:00 pm EDT where we will dive into the disclosure requirements of the rule and the key decision points that will need to be considered by the Compensation Committee as they incorporate this new information into the proxy – for most companies, next year. We will review alternatives and considerations around choosing the TSR peer group, calculating “Compensation Actually Paid,” determining “company-selected” metrics, and discussing the relationships between "Compensation Actually Paid” and required performance metrics.

Takis Makridis, President of Equity Methods, will join Center staff to provide insights into the valuation process for the various equity award vehicles and what organizations should consider as they begin to model actual performance against these new metrics.

This webinar is a great opportunity for CHROs and HR teams to understand how to best prepare the Compensation Committee for the upcoming proxy season as well as any of your colleagues within your Finance or Legal groups who partner with you on performance metrics.

Register for the webinar here. We look forward to seeing you there!
