In the wake of the recent upsurge in companies’ focus on racial justice, diversity and inclusion, many Subscribers are evaluating how they can lead efforts to address these issues. To that end, the Center conducted a survey on whether, and how, Subscribers are using Diversity and Inclusion metrics as corporate goals, including incorporating such objectives as incentive metrics.
