  • Support repealing the Cadillac Tax and other ACA taxes

  • Increase benefit flexibility and the expansion of health savings accounts and health reimbursement arrangements
  • Support transparency, alternative health care purchasing mechanisms, and alternative payment models
  • Support removing federal and state barriers that inhibit employers from consolidating their purchasing power
  • Support proposals to stabilize the individual market that do not impose new costs on employers
  • Support incremental improvements to the ACA including full-time/part-time and seasonal employee issues
