Anuj has 15+ years of experience in solutions strategy, financial services, & marketing operations management. As a part of Guild education, he leads the Solution Design team tasked with crafting strategies, solutions, & business cases for how companies can use education and learning to unlock opportunity for their workforce. Guild operates on the cutting edge of the Future of Work, partnering with the United States’ largest companies to innovate on how to educate and upskill millions of employees.
Prior to Guild, Anuj has held leadership positions at companies such as Optimizely, Yodle, & GE Capital. With a background in financial analysis, professional services, & strategy, Anuj’s passion is in understanding potential partners’ largest talent challenges in order to deeply understand the workforce development needs of the largest companies in the United States. Nothing makes Anuj more happy than sharing the “goodness” of what other Employers like Walmart, Macy’s, & Disney are doing to be a change in providing pay, pathways, & purpose for their employees.
