Reem is a Principal in Deloitte’s Workforce Transformation practice, leading the Workforce Risk offering. She has over twenty years of experience helping clients address complex organization transformation challenges, driven by disruption from regulation, business model changes, and cost pressures. Her experience includes workforce strategy, workforce ecosystems, HR policies/procedures, operating model and organization design, HR strategy and transformation, talent strategy and process design, change management and culture change, and program/project management.
Reem holds both a Juris Doctorate and a Masters degree in Business Administration. She has authored several thought-pieces related to workforce risk impacts and mitigation strategies.
