Rachel Sharma leads the Executive Compensation and Enterprise Talent Management team at Bank of America. She leads the design and execution of the company’s executive compensation strategy, including supporting the Board of Directors Compensation and Human Capital Committee, and related governance and regulatory matters. Rachel also leads the enterprise talent management team, focused on talent strategy and succession planning for the top three levels of the company. She is also responsible for the company’s global pay equity strategy. 

Rachel also serves as a strategic business partner to drive market-focused HR activities in support of Responsible Growth and delivering one company locally in Palm Beach County, Florida. 

Rachel joined Bank of America in 2006 and has held various roles within the global compensation function of HR. Prior to her current role, she served as the Market HR partner for New York City, led the Global Recognition program and has served on the Global Markets and Global Wealth and Investment Management compensation teams. She also served on the EMEA compensation team in London. 

Rachel holds her B.A. in Economics and Psychology from Brandeis University and M.A. in International Economics and Finance from the Brandeis International Business School.  She currently resides in Florida with her husband and two children.
