Kristin Spodobalski
Kristin Spodobalski is a Vice President at Wellthy, where for more than five years she's worked with dozens of companies, organizations, and businesses to expand caregiving benefits in the workplace — particularly in the financial services sector and in the northeast. Over the past five years, Wellthy has rapidly expanded its engagement with employers and now works directly with more than 160 clients, including 35 companies on the Fortune 500 and 5 of the top 10 "World's Best Workplaces in 2024" — covering more than four million sponsored lives with caregiving benefits.
Kristin is an advocate for caregivers and has been one herself for most of her life — in her twenties she resigned from her career for two years to take care of her partner who was battling cancer. She regularly speaks at panels and conferences on the impact of caregiving in the workplace, the ROI of caregiving benefits, and the intersectionality of caregiving on mental, financial, emotional, and physical health.
Before her time at Wellthy, Kristin was a Client Manager for National Account clients at UnitedHealthcare, where she worked for nearly 7 years. Kristin currently lives in the New York metro area.
