Julie Bedard has been advising clients for over a decade with a focus on people and talent strategies, organizational design and change management. She is BCG's global topic lead for Talent Sourcing. Julie has significant experience across industries, including industrial goods, auto, insurance, retail, and education. Previously, she was a global Ambassador in Demark. Julie is an active people leader within BCG, having held leadership roles in recruiting, learning and development, and new ways of working.
