Spencer Bell Manager, Public Policy & Government Relations, HR Policy Association

Spencer Bell is HR Policy Association's Manager of Public Policy and Government Relations. Prior to joining HRPA, Spencer represented the National Coalition for Homeless Veterans interests before Congress and the Administration through collaborative policy analysis and advocacy.  Spencer has spent over 16 years working to elevate issue-driven dialogues and promote pragmatic, bipartisan solutions across a myriad of stakeholders including the U.S. House of Representatives, advocacy firms, the Department of Defense, multiple campaigns, and political management. Spencer earned his Bachelors in Political Science from the University of Florida, a Masters Degree in Political Science and Certificate in Policy Analysis from Virginia Tech.
