The New CHRO Association – Evolving to Meet the Moment
The Top Resource for CHROs and Their Teams
Since announcing our name change last week, we’ve received an outpouring of support—along with some thoughtful questions—from across the membership.
Here’s what your fellow members are saying:
“This change reflects the current and future environment of our profession nicely.”
“Very good news! Especially excited about the Center on Workplace AI.”
“Better fitting for the expansive role the organization plays.”
“Smart evolution for the organization, which has always been attuned to the
needs of members and the external environment.”
“The new center of excellence on AI is absolutely essential for our companies,
the profession, and the world. It’s an exciting time.”
One great question came up that we want to clarify for everyone:
Who does the CHRO Association serve?
Just as we do today, we’ll continue to support CHROs and their teams—including heads of total rewards, talent, labor and employment roles, global labor & employee relations teams, and more—the top HR leaders within our member organizations. We will provide vital knowledge, access, content, and training in the areas that matter most to them.
The focus on the CHRO in our new name underscores the pivotal role the function plays in shaping the strategic direction of global business today.
We’ve also added more background to the Name Change FAQs page, updated weekly, including:
- What new benefits come with CHRO Association membership
- What it means to be a Founding Member
- Our brand pillars: positioning, purpose, and value proposition
- How the pillars are strategically represented in our new visual identity
