We are pleased to share that the Center has been invited to participate in the SEC’s Roundtable on executive compensation, taking place 1-5 pm on Wednesday, June 26.

What’s happening: This roundtable will bring together representatives from public companies, investors, and industry experts to provide diverse perspectives on executive compensation disclosure. Our role will be to offer the employer viewpoint on several key areas under discussion, including suggestions for how to reduce required disclosures, streamline the CD&A and comp tables, and reduce the burden of Dodd-Frank rules such as Pay vs Performance.

Working Group: To ensure we represent our members’ interests effectively, we will be hosting a working group call on Thursday, June 5 at 12:00 pm EasternRegister here to participate.

  • We strongly encourage CHROs, Heads of Total Rewards, and Heads of Executive Compensation to join the call and contribute to the development of our comments to the SEC.

Calling for Comp Chair: The SEC is seeking a Compensation Committee Chair to join the June 26 roundtable. This is an excellent opportunity to advocate for streamlined disclosure and make a difference. If your Chair would like to be considered, please let us know.

This is a major opportunity to help influence the executive compensation rulemaking process – we hope you can participate and make your voice heard.
