In advance of our 2022 CHRO Summit, HR Policy Association conducted a member survey on how employers are evolving their culture and talent approaches, work arrangements and workplace practices to address employee expectations for greater flexibility, the structure and/or location of work in the post-pandemic environment.

There are some questions for office-based workers (e.g., knowledge workers) and a second set of questions that pertain to “deskless” workers (e.g., front line and production workers). The results were an important topic of discussion discussions at this year’s CHRO Summit on June 1.
