Quick Survey Results: Perquisites

Published on: March 6, 2020

Topics: Compensation Committee and Board, Executive Pay Plan Design

In response to several Subscriber requests, the Center conducted a survey on executive perquisites (often known as perks). The Center last conducted a holistic survey on perquisites in 2013. In that time, there have been shifts in the prevalence of perquisites as well as the popularity of specific perquisites.

In addition, we asked two questions on policies regarding sale of company stock by senior executives.

The survey was conducted from Feb. 25 – March 3, 2020. In total, 107 subscribers provided responses. A brief summary is outlined below followed by the comprehensive results.
