HR Policy Washington Policy Conference Zeroes in on Talent

In a Washington Policy Conference focused on talent, HR Policy members spotlighted the most pressing practice and policy questions facing large employers amid shifting labor markets, a shifting economy, the COVID-19 pandemic, technological advances, and a volatile environment.  Noting the continuing need for agile COVID responses, DE&I initiatives, and revamped recruiting strategies, HR Policy Chair and Manulife CHRO Pam Kimmet kicked off the conference by reminding us that “when nothing is certain, everything is possible.”  See a full summary of the conference here.
