Draft Name Change Statement for Internal Departments

FROM CHRO/HR Leader:

To:  (AP/Finance, Legal, Compliance, IT/internal systems support)

Dear Colleagues,

This is to inform you that a valued membership organization, to which our company belongs is officially changing its business name. The HR Policy Association (HRPA) has officially changed its legal business name to the CHRO Association. This will become public in late October 2025, but the new name is operational now.

Key Points:

  • The legal entity and tax identification number remain the same (this is a name change only).

  • All existing contracts, agreements, and obligations remain valid and enforceable under the new name.

  • The vendor’s banking and payment details remain unchanged.

  • W-9 / documentation transfers, to the new entity but we can provide a formal update as required.

What You Need To Do:

  • Use the vendor’s new name, CHRO Association, on all new contracts, purchase orders, invoices, and communications.

  • Update any departmental records, templates, or systems where the HR Policy Association name is still in use.

For reference, the vendor may still reference “formerly known as HRPA” during the transition period to ease recognition.

If you have questions, please contact (CHRO and/or EA).

Thank you for your attention to this update and for helping us ensure accurate and consistent vendor management across the company.
