Our leadership and board continue to innovate—launching the new Center on Workplace AI and expanding content to meet the evolving needs of members. We’re also exploring new membership packages and experiences designed specifically for senior HR leaders like you.

Central to this transformation is our "Voice of the Member" journey. Your feedback drives every step, and peer engagement—true community—remains one of the most valued aspects of membership. We’re proud to be an organization that’s truly “by members, for members.”
