CHRO Fall Forum – Privacy Information

We want you to enjoy the event while understanding how your image and session participation may be used.


Photography

Professional photographer Pablo Sartor will be taking photos during the event. These may be used by the CHRO Association for educational or promotional purposes. If you prefer not to appear in photos, please avoid the areas being photographed or speak with an event administrator.


Audio & Video

Sessions will be audio recorded for note-taking purposes. Two sessions are hybrid (in-person/virtual), so video equipment will be present to support the live broadcast, but no video recordings will be made.


AI-Assisted Notes

We may use AI tools to help capture session notes. These notes and transcripts are for internal use only and will be deleted within one week. Any direct quotes from speakers will be shared only with CHRO Association members and will be submitted to the speaker for approval before publication.


How We Use Materials

Photos and audio recordings may appear in CHRO Association publications, digital content, and marketing materials. We do not sell or share your image or recordings outside the organization.
