Zoe Weintraub is the SVP of Executive and Community Partnerships at Guild. There Zoe leads connecting executives and enabling partnerships to unlock opportunity for America's workforce. She has been a foundational member of the Guild team, joining in 2016 as one of the first 20 employees in the company’s infancy. She’s led the design of education and career mobility programs for some of the nation's leading companies, including Walmart, Target, Lowe’s, Waste Management, Hilton, Macy’s to name a few. In addition, she developed the “tuition-free” degree and more inclusive policy measures for education benefits to transform the industry.

There she spent time working with both private and public partners including workforce centers and local foundations. Zoe has spent her career leading teams at other venture-backed startups in Silicon Valley where she focused her energies on Business Development and Strategy, including WePay, now a Chase company.
