As the Chief People Officer for Omada Health, Nancy is helping to scale this virtual care company and fulfill its mission to inspire and engage people in lifelong health, helping people manage their chronic conditions and live healthier lives.
Nancy is also a Board Director and Compensation Committee Chair for Voyager Therapeutics - a gene therapy company whose mission is to develop and deliver life-changing gene therapies to people around the world. She has served as an Advisory Board Member to several high-tech companies and was previously a Board Director for the Make A Wish Foundation, serving as Co-chair of the Governance/Compensation/Nominating Committee. Nancy is an award-winning leader, who has been recognized as one of the “Most Influential Women in Bay Area Business” by the Bay Area Business Times.
Nancy earned an MBA from the Goizueta Business School of Emory University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
