Michelle McManus

Michelle McManus is a Partner in PwC’s Workforce Transformation practice, where she helps global companies reimagine their businesses, workforce experiences, and enabling technologies. With nearly 25 years of experience leading large-scale transformations, she serves as a trusted advisor to senior executives navigating complex organizational challenges.
Michelle’s expertise spans workforce strategy, organizational design, workforce transition, change management, and enterprise-wide transformation, including ERP implementations, global business services, supply chain transformation, and post-merger integration. She brings deep cross-industry experience, having advised clients across consumer goods, life sciences, industrials, automotive, travel, transportation, and agribusiness.
Prior to joining PwC in 2015, Michelle spent a decade at Accenture as a Managing Director, where she led transformation management consulting engagements and managed major client portfolios. She is recognized for her collaborative leadership style, ability to build lasting client relationships, and passion for harnessing diverse perspectives to achieve sustainable results.
Michelle holds a BSBA in Organizational Behavior and Business Statistical Sciences from Miami University and completed the Smith College Leadership Consortium, a premier women’s leadership program developed in partnership with Fortune 500 companies. She has also served on the Board of the Children’s Theatre Company in Minneapolis.
