Dr. Erica M. Rivera
Erica has an extensive executive performance and systemic human capital consulting track record. Her depth of experience is in C-suite succession, executive coaching, and overall C-suite advisory. She has helped companies scale leadership capability to accelerate business performance, linking talent planning to strategy.
Over the years, she has consulted in companies across various industries, including consumer products, technology, media, energy, healthcare, and pharma. Clients include companies from complex global Fortune 100 companies to private equity-backed growth portfolios. Earlier in her career, Erica held operating positions in private and public companies in marketing and client services for an investment consulting firm, as well as marketing and product distribution for the international division of a major media company.
Erica holds a doctorate in Psychology from Long Island University, a master’s degree in psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute, and a bachelor’s degree in international business from American University. She serves on the board of La Escuelita, a New York City language immersion preschool. Additionally, Erica holds an organizational design and governance role on the Board of Shared Harvest Fund|myCovidMD, a non-profit working to improve social equity in education and healthcare for the underserved.
