She partners with public, private, and private equity-backed businesses on Chief Human Resources Officer, Chief People Officer, Total Rewards, and Talent appointments. With a deep understanding of the evolving landscape of human resources, Adele partners with organizations to identify and attract top-tier HR leaders who drive organizational excellence and foster impactful workplace cultures.

Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Adele spent several years in the media buying industry and served as the strategic account lead for MillerCoors.
Adele holds a Bachelor of Arts in Strategic Communications and Business Administration from Elon University in North Carolina.
