As European Labor Relations Director/Syndikusrechtsanwalt at GE Vernova, Ralf was responsible for Labor Relations activities and practices for GE Power in Europe. He provided guidance for Senior Leaders from all Power P&L's in the deployment of key initiatives in alignment with business objectives while ensuring a constructive social dialogue. He also led the relationship with the new Power Business Committee (EWC).
