With more than 25 years of experience across executive compensation, benefits, and employee well-being, Lynn leads initiatives that align Total Rewards with business performance, talent strategy, and Trane Technologies’ purpose-driven culture.

Before joining Trane Technologies (formerly Ingersoll Rand), Lynn held senior HR and compensation roles at Honeywell, LVMH, PepsiCo, and Mercer. She is a graduate of Vassar College and holds a degree from Cornell University.
