Andrew Kuster is Vice President and Global Head of Total Rewards at Rockwell Automation. With more than two decades of human resources leadership across multiple industries, Andrew brings a sharp focus to aligning Total Rewards strategy with business goals and shareholder value.

Prior to joining Rockwell in 2020, Andrew held senior HR and Total Rewards roles at Pier 1, Sabre Holdings, 7-Eleven, and Shopko. He is known for building high-performing, scalable rewards functions and driving transformation during periods of organizational change.

Andrew holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a master’s in Human Resources from Loyola University Chicago.
