Alejandra Ferraro
Alejandra is a passionate about transforming people’s lives, impacting the community, and supporting clients on their transformation journeys. She has 28 years’ experience in Human Capital Transformation leading HR with experience In Latin America, Europe and since beginning 2023 in Asia.
Alejandra is located in Singapore and leads HR for Growth Markets including Southeast Asia, ANZ, Japan, Greater China, India and LATAM. She is passionate about Inclusion and Diversity and has been actively involved in creating programs across the geographies, including for Gender, LGBTIQR+, People with disabilities, vulnerable groups, +45, mental health program, among others. Board member of Idea Argentina in 2020 and 2021.
Alejandra studied at the Universidad de Buenos Aires, Business Administration with commercialization orientation. She participated in the postgraduate executive program on HR direction at IAE University. She was a Board member of Idea Argentina in 2020 and 2021.
Alejandra is also kept busy as a mother of four children.
