Rebecca McCathern is the head of the people team at Samsung Semiconductor, one of the world’s largest maker of microchips, which has been manufacturing semiconductors in the U.S. for nearly three decades. Before her role at Samsung, McCathern served in management roles at VMware and Cisco Systems. She earned a bachelor’s degree in communications at Regis University and studied diversity and inclusion at Cornell.
