Danny Sikka is Vice President of Global Labor Relations at McDonald’s Corporation. He has been with McDonald’s for over 15 years, advancing through roles in global labor and employment law, including Managing Counsel and Senior Counsel. Prior to joining McDonald’s, Danny practiced law as an associate at Seyfarth Shaw LLP and began his career in hospitality management with The Ritz-Carlton. He holds a JD from the University at Buffalo School of Law and a BS in Hotel Management from Cornell University.
