Shirnae Snowden
Shirnae Snowden is an accomplished Executive Administrator supporting the leadership team at the HR Policy Association. She brings extensive experience providing high-level administrative support to executives.
Before joining the Association, Shirnae served as Executive Assistant to the CEO of the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization. She has held roles including Solutions Coordinator, where she focused on membership services and customer support, and Sales Development Representative at SchoolMint, excelling in client relationship building and lead generation. She also gained valuable management experience at Enterprise and Hertz, overseeing fleet operations and customer service, along with guest service positions in the hotel industry.
Shirnae holds a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
