Chris Freedman is a senior associate and core member of Spencer Stuart’s Human Resources Practice. He has over nine years of experience identifying and developing high-performing executives and advising founders, CEOs and private equity partners on leadership challenges. Chris has worked on over 100 engagements and specializes in senior-level searches for CHROs and total rewards executives.

Chris has worked on assignments across a variety of industries, including the technology, industrial, financial services, and consumer sectors. He has partnered with clients ranging from members of the Fortune 100 to private equity-backed portfolio companies and start-up organizations. 

Chris graduated from Kenyon College with an A.B. in history and political science.
