The Latin America Employee Relations Group (LAMERG) is inviting HR Policy members to participate in a series of Littler Global webinars to learn about Brazil's labor reforms, which changed more than 100 provisions of the existing labor code and will take effect on November 11. Major issue areas to be covered include:
- August 9: Employment Contracts, Compensation, and Working Hours;
- August 16: Unions, CBAs and Employee Representatives;
- August 23: Termination of Employment, Payments, Releases, and Arbitration; and
- Sept. 13: Labor Courts and Litigation.
