12-Week Course | September 16 to December 6, 2024

An engaging online, self-directed course designed specifically for HR professionals at the manager/director level, this is an excellent developmental opportunity for those who would like to gain exposure to the field of executive compensation as they continue to round out their HR experience.

With exclusive content produced by the Center On Executive Compensation team, participants will build their core knowledge of the components of program design, the regulatory context, and the key stakeholders that influence the process, and more!
