Lead strategy and development of the DE&I Consulting & Training team. Provide strategic input and guidance to the overall direction, programming and solutions for clients in setting up their DE&I strategies based on maturity models, benchmarking HR practices, policies and procedures . Directly responsible for new business development, revenue management, DE&I content design, client DE&I consulting solutions and client DE&I training solutions for global and local clients. Line management responsibility for staff in HK and India under the vertical and act as the delegate for the Chief Operating Officer, manage the company learning and Talent Development processes
