Fundamentals of Executive Compensation
We are pleased to announce yet another session of our popular Fundamentals of Executive Compensation, the Center On Executive Compensation’s premier virtual training offering designed to build basic knowledge and competency in all elements of executive compensation. If you're new to executive compensation and want to build a solid foundation in the field, this course is for you! Open to staff of HR Policy member companies, including CHROs, rewards professionals, and others who aspire to senior HR/CHRO roles, the course can also be helpful for non-HR professionals, such as finance or legal department members who may benefit from a fundamental understanding of the basics of executive compensation. Fundamentals is a virtual, instructor-led program consisting of three 3-hour sessions, taking place September 20–22, 2022.
