After the success of our recent CHRO Summit in Chicago, we are pleased to invite you to join us in-person again at this year’s Washington Policy Conference at The Ritz-Carlton, Washington D.C. on September 7–8.

The 2022 Washington Policy Conference brings you back together with peers and covers the major policy issues facing today’s CHROs and senior HR leaders. We will examine the political battle over ESG and HCM, the growing importance of health equity in employers' focus on well-being, and how accelerating employment and labor law regulatory changes will affect HR strategy. In addition, the conference will focus on the increased importance of employer voice in a volatile political and economic landscape on both a domestic and a global scale.

Welcome reception, Latino Vote Discussion to open conference: The conference will begin on Wednesday, September 7, at 6:00 p.m. ET with a Welcome Reception and Dinner  featuring a fireside chat with Mike Madrid and Chuck Rocha, hosts of the podcast “The Latino Vote,” in recognition of the importance of Latino voters in the 2022 elections. The meeting will continue at 8:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 8, featuring 70th Secretary of State and former CIA head Mike Pompeo, and will conclude at 3:00 p.m.
