Employer Voice: How to Make Yours Heard Amid the Commotion

Join us for our 2022 Washington Policy Conference on September 7–8 in Washington, D.C.

After the success of our CHRO Summit in Chicago this month, we are pleased to invite you to join us in-person again at this year’s Washington Policy Conference at The Ritz-Carlton, Washington D.C. on September 7–8. Register now, as early bird pricing ends July 1!

The 2022 Washington Policy Conference brings you back together with peers and covers the major policy issues facing today’s CHROs and senior HR leaders. We will examine the impact of the SEC’s HCM proposed rules, the political battle over ESG, and how accelerating employment and labor law regulatory changes will affect HR strategy. In addition, the principal focus of the conference will be the increased importance of employer voice in a volatile political and economic landscape on both a domestic and a global scale.

Welcome Reception to open conference: The conference will begin on Wednesday, September 7, at 6:00 p.m. ET with a Welcome Reception and Dinner  featuring a discussion with Mike Madrid and Chuck Rocha, hosts of the podcast “The Latino Vote,” in recognition of the importance of Latino voters in the 2022 elections. The meeting will continue at 8:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 8, featuring 70th Secretary of State and former CIA head Mike Pompeo, and will conclude at 3:00 p.m.

We hope very much that you'll join us. The full program will be posted soon. We hope to see you there!
