Japan's Gender Pay Disclosures
An increasing number of governments are responding to the issues of gender pay and pay equity. In 2023, Japan will be the first Asia Pacific country to implement mandatory and public disclosures of gender pay gaps in larger companies. Please join us as our colleagues from Jones Day in Tokyo give an overview of how companies can best address the changing legal landscape surrounding gender pay equity. They will be joined by Shawn Cramer from GE Aviation, who will share the journey GE have undertaken to implement gender pay equity across the regions.
