Fundamentals of Global Labour Relations:  A Training Program for Global HR Executives 

The course will explore the strategic mindset and thought process of a successful global labor relations executive.  This course is not an introduction to principles for labor relations practitioners and, as noted, will examine the strategic awareness for successfully leading the global labor relations function.

A full and detailed agenda will be provided soon.  The course will take place on June 28–30 with three or four sessions taking place each day.

  • Day One - Introduction and Context of Global Labor Relations (June 28)
  • Day Two - Regional Roundup and Global Hot Spots (June 29)
  • Day Three - Emerging Issues in Global Labor Relations (June 30)
