Roselyn is a graduate of the University of Florida Business School, the University of Miami School of Law (J.D.), and the University of Paris Law School (L.L.M). Roselyn has significant cross-border experience on both sides of the Atlantic on HR/employment issues, particularly business transformations, mergers and acquisitions, carve-outs, post-transaction integration, global restructuring, CSR, SOX compliance, works council strategy. An American and French national born in Havana, Cuba, Roselyn is fluent in English, French and Spanish. Roselyn is based in Paris and Miami.
